When sperm were ‘supposed’ to be fertile at 15% LOOKING NORMAL.
As from 2010 – 4%.
Where now?
Virgin births???

In the past decade I have realised this is impossible. .
If he does not cooperate.
Now it must be RECTAL temperature .
WHY?
Because oral is (as with women) not precise enough – all that mouth breathing for starters . .)
Need BASAL that is the instant eyes are open and from your core (not perpheries).
Thus – as far in vagina or in rectum for men as in the mouth when taking oral temperature.
Stop ‘diagnosing’ and start adding in water and common sense .
It is no good calling this (as we can) ‘yin fire’ or Kidney Jing depletion – yes that is our label – but it is not as useful as knowing how it happened and undoing it though – much like orthodox Western medicine – we need to get real.

And the sperm are suffering – as Dr Rachel Carson in the early 1960’s predicted .
