Humans were tribal. We are primates. Touch bonds us together – releases oxytocin. Reduces stress hormones. Feels better.

Hugging tutorial – shoulders down, relax into it, breathe, feel, be present. Giving yourself a gentle hug – will allow the lymph to flow, the blood to quicken, and you to feel more alive.
