To Do

1 – Walk at least 1km daily. OUTSIDE. A great pair of walking boots. Visit different tracks – different times of day allow light changes. Exercise gifts you multiple benefits. Maybe – after the evening meal, leave the kitchen tidy up – take some water and go out. With the family – nurturing relationships with kids/spouse every night after meals . . such a lovely ending to a day – especially if you have teenagers to chat over their day – dedicated parent time..

2 – Find a new walking partner. Become part of other people’s lives
Being in the company of others who may pop into your life. Find new companions – walk somone’s animal?

3 – Sunshine – in summer at least 10 minutes nude sun baths. Not in front of windows as the glass screens out UV-B rays. What o do instead? As much skin as possible in the bright midday – 10-2pm sun. Angle of the rays is the key. – front and back – will see you through – at the hottest part of the day. May be against current ‘medical’ advice. In times past it was prescribed. You NEED Vitamin D3 – and maybe investigate what ELSE those statins are doing to you if you have been hoping the medical fraternity know what they are doing. Lack of sun i snot healthful.

4 – Negative ions – by the running water – however you can wangle it – in the rain, under waterfalls, at the beach, next to running rivers, in the mist, droplets – take coverings and get those galoshes out.

5 – Garden – even if it is only a tub of tomatoes on a balcony. Greens – grow as weeds – few people can kill salad greens- start learning about the cycles of life – directly.Marigolds are happy wee faces – in a tub, out the window, plant seeds – along your walk. Plant trees in the bush land and parks – wherever you go.
