Morning Sickness

Description:

Nausea, feeling generally disgusted, can’t eat.

The body has forgotten how to digest.

What should go down is thinking of coming back up – or is coming back up.

Why:

Stomach energy & contents are in rebellion

Reasons for this include not poohing enough, not enough fluid, too much sweet food,chilled environments, being constantly upset or fearful.

Clinically I have found that this is often due to a deficiency of iodine. 

Painting this on the skin may correct this. (On belly/breasts)

Solution:

Do not accept nausea as being normal.

Understand what causes a body to not work well.

Eliminate any & all of the above, and prevent further discomfort by avoiding them entirely

Eat small, warm & preferably salty or savoury foods

Eat protein – a little, often
