10 years on from when I did this presentation – I rarely suggest that you start by taking any extras – as the sun (vitD3 – is crucial and free) and the fat – again – eating is important – and the salt – to allow the pH of your gut to use the food – and the water – again – free – best quality and non chilled – is the beginning.
