We are all here for varying reasons. You will find your way. Maybe find time to ask for connection to more than the body, the busyness and the ‘life’ that you have been in. Balance – the first and last hour of the day – for you. To be with yourself. That may be the beginning of a huge shift as health – and adapting to being more of yourself – will open so many more ways of being. And the letting go.

It is so easy to see ourselves as a body. There is so much more. Allowing yourself some time to settle – not driving yourself: turning off all gadgets to simply be will make such a difference to your life. Time to consolidate. Time to be not do.
