3 – Perineal pull ups
A great way to check in with yourself – you can feel the changes we are making – with such gentle beginnings.
(Blokes also – the perineum is the space between the anus and scrotum). You were to be a girl – until hormones kicked in at 8-9 weeks along in gestation – so you still have the potential spaces).
Before any work you do with your gentle hands . . Be grateful that you have a body and that it has continued regardless of your (sometimes it seems) best efforts to mess with its functionings.

Unit 1 – Initial belly
All of this is to be done with soft, warm hands.
(Not poky fingers).
In a state of gratitude, as your body and belly have been there for you – regardless of what you have been up to.
Always start very shallow – almost no pressure at all.
Lying down, knees drawn up, and with a pillow and comfy wraps so you do not get chilled.
Begin in the top right quadrant (this is the way of the bowel – and follow it down, and then sweep around.
Slowly – and with intention to pick up anything that no longer needs to be in free suspension – we are moving your lymph so your fluid metabolism works perfectly for you.
Breathing is a large part of this – so ideally you will ave initially done the ‘bash bash’ and pummels – and now all is ready to be relocated.
‘Round and round’ perimeter
Then round and round again – but above your navel. x9 and repeat always after each move – the perimeter sweep – to allow any of the lymph that you have released/accessed to shift back to where it is supposed to next be.
At any stage – do a hippy shake. Rest your palms on your hips and very lightly give them a nudge back and forth.
Very gently – you are allowing the fluids that have been stuck (with the QI not moving as we all have experienced being oppressed/suppressed/shut down)
To the right – a ‘jiggle jiggle’ on the hips.
All of this work is so subtle – it will look like almost nothing happening to an observer.
This is where the inner pull-ups are so useful – you will feel instant shifts = some are considerable. Unlikely, but true.
‘Round and round’ – above navel
With the entire palmar surface, having lifted our hand touch – so it is just a drag on the surface. More oil will be needed.
9x around and then repeat the first two moves – this is SOOO gentle .
Always do a perimeter sweep.
Jiggle jiggle lightly is always worth it also- if in doubt, feel the difference in your pull ups .
It DOES improve radically with all of this – when done very gently.
Please remember that his is hardly touch at all – with more oil and a very warm set of hands.
We are working with your left thoracic duct/ cisterna chyli. Learn more about the function of the pH and this very important part of your physiology (new organ ‘JUST’ discovered – of course it was always there – just where a cadaver is being cut up – there is no QI and hence no understanding – life is about living – so we are being very gentle as the Reichian armour bands are also implicated in all here – the old TCM ‘Liver Qi Invading the Spleen’ routine . .

At any time you may want more of a body, less of a belly shake up – here it is . .
Stand up and shake it!!!
Bash yourself with gentle fists this will get the Gall Bladder meridian of energy moving – essential when we want to break up all aspects of old anger/resentment and general angst – who needs it to stay stuck in/on the body?

We must be able to allow the diaphragm to fully expand
Then the Qi will move.
These movements we can do for ourselves.
Ideally you will have someone behind you to undo the Stuck Liver Qi that is holding so much of your Qi (and life force) blocked.
Please do one side at a time
This segues into diaphragmatic release
You can do both sides at once, but ideally the left hand side and gradually go in deeper – start very shallow, being mindful of the breast tissue. This is perfect for all stuck breath/feelings of chest oppression, and of course when sighing keeps happening – you can’t take a deep breath for whatever reason.
Repeat running the lymph/whatever you find to move in the direction of the arrows. Repeat the under ribs moves.

Unit 3: Diastasis Rectii
Anyone can have this. And so often does – how?
Lack of tissue integrity – not just women after babies – and then – they if looked after well would not.
What we do not want – a young boy with a massive diastasis rectii
These are not just about women after birthing – indeed were women looked after during pregnancy and afterwards as most traditional cultures would, this would be automatically bound post birth and thus repaired/avoided.
How to help . .
This is on yourself a little tricky – but is easier when someone else is doing it – as the video.
HAVE to have the cold taken out and absolutely no cold entry as this is why the Spleen Qi/Yang has fallen and no amount of steaming and moxa will actually do this for you – avoid all cold (as per ‘old wives’ tales’ and rescue the Yang – as is in the Reset Your Metabolism’ course.
Allow three rounds and then do a perimeter sweep and go onto the next action.
Do perform a ‘pull up’ to feel what you have done to/for yourself.
Sometimes it can feel a lot weaker – do not despair – we are engaging very different fascial layers.
After you have done the perimeter sweep = your choice – more on the chest – or done the diaphragm or perhaps onto the belly and do something about the peristalsis?
Lymph needs iodine to assist it move
(Also topical is best).
Always in between moves – round and round the perimeter and some hippy shakes/jiggles.
Always – take your own time and slow it down even more.
Do more pull-ups and feel how much stronger it all feels.
Maybe a loo break?
More water in also?
Use more topicial magnesium on your skin?
Peristasis Encouragers (move the pooh)
x 9 Always start as with the body – in the top left ‘corner’ of the belly
Not painful – just a bit deeper than you have been working and always within limits of not forcing ..
Do 9 small circles and allow for slow and steady . .and deep breathing.
Between each move set – small and large circles – do some more hippy shakes and perimeter sweeps.

At any stage . . . To begin this diaphragm release is to start very gentle and slow – way slower than you think.
Never with pokey fingers – always with the warm flats of your finger pads.
Do 3x moves on the left hand side first, then the right and repeat
We are undoing the diaphragm as so much emotional and energy storage happens at this level. A
This is also great to get the digestive juices flowing – always start respectfully incredibly gently and slowly.
Slow deep breathing is always good.
Have a warm glass of pure water by you as this is thirsty work – you are encouraging or =lymph to flow ad this will always result in more movement – and ore hydration needed.
NEVER chilled (wastes your Yang Qi) and creates more stagnation – we are on the move here!! Warmth always.
Do remember to give yourself an encouragement award often.
‘Down There’
As above whenever you feel – go around again to allow the lymph to move – and of course just perform your ‘pull-up’ so you can see how your body is performing. None of this is a waste of time and effort.
Please do one side then the other – slowly very shallow to start and the right hand side then the left – at least 3x moves right then left and repeat.
