Physical Items

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Courses and Workshops

If you have registered for a course or workshop you will have received a significant amount of valuable course materials that are yours to keep and refer to indefinitely.

With this in mind, we do not offer FULL refunds – you get the online courses and can attend the workshop later.
If for whatever reasons you cannot attend the date specified, more courses will be arranged that you can attend instead.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Online Courses and Digital Products

All Online Training Course Purchases are Final and Non-Refundable
Online courses are non-refundable. Once the course is purchased/accessed, no refund will be granted regardless of the reason. All online training courses are tested extensively on all types of systems, browsers, and devices. We can assist you to get started with the course, if you are having any trouble.
Exchange Allowed:
Participant will be allowed to exchange with other course of equivalent or lesser value, if course is not accessed within 15 days of purchase. Exchange request must be received by email at admin@heatherbruce.com.au No exchange will be granted if the request is more than 15 days after the purchase date.
Multiple payments for the same course:
In case participant made extra payment (same course bought multiple times) for the same course, refund will be issued upon request.
► Course Postpone
Classroom Courses (In house courses);
If you need to postpone your course, you need to make a request 5 working days before the course starting date.
You are not able to make a request for course postpone less than 5 working days before the course starting date.
► Refund Procedure
1. Any refund may take take up to 30 days to process.
