The process of ‘flowering’ is denied expression and celebration.
There is no social initiation, or cultural recognition that a girl is now capable of being a mother and what respect this could afford her to allow herself to be easy on herself at different times.

Solution:

Puberty brings rapid changes on all levels.
This may need for some recognition, acknowledgement, where what it means to now be fertile, and to be feeling the powerful emotions tied into the monthly changes are honoured/respected.
Paint iodine on skin of belly all month, if it soaks in before 24 hours – you need it to regulate all womanly cycles and your breasts.
Eat heaps of fat – no sugar or sugar transforming foods as these will put on bodily fat – body needs fat to make hormones (minus all the toxins from modern life) and keep you happy.
