What is running us
What we have no idea about – until we try to change what we feel/do/our ‘health’ as it is – and then we running to resistance.
Maybe we try different therapies, different healing ways – and maybe it ‘works’ – and maybe it does not.
Some feel there needs to be more belief to get with results that they need.
What I have in this course is what I have discovered in working through the physical.

Surprisingly – we find – that there are stashes of stuck stored stuff.
How do we let it go?
Many different ways as many different people have thought of ways through the ages and cultures.
Here we look to what I have found worked in my 40 years of being a natural healing solution finder for those who have usually slipped through the orthodox medical system and in desperation need oftentimes to start back at the beginning.
This has meant that I have constructed a Life Recipe.
From there – what goes wrong?
(The 5 ‘T’s’) and how we propose to alter ourselves so we CAN change what is happening.
