You live in your body – you are NOT your body.
Your body has gotten you to here and needs no punishment.
In your past state of deep unawareness – you may have neglected what it needs
We may need to stop and ponder on this . .

A state of more peace is the intention.
If there was a reason for my being here – what might it be?
Soul purpose – something that may have skipped your attention til now.
Am I more than a reactive human, consuming and being lead by ideas?
Have I been craving for more meaning?
Possibly up til now you have been somewhat unconscious as to what your being is telling you.
I start here as, because with a car – your body’s driver needs to be in charge/alert at the wheel.
Let go of the body judgements
Self reflection – maybe find yourself a journal – and start writing a diary – notes to self at least.
We get to explore what motivates us . .
Your body does not have to be driven by programmes of behaviour (that instantly appear when triggered).
Your body does not have to be at the mercy of the energy of strong emotions as you are tugged into this and that direction. . .
Your body unimpeded can get on with its job – of supporting you well through the minutes, days and years as you live free.
of what? That reactiveness that seems to run away with itself.
You may have been told you are ‘hormonal’ thus at the mercy of . .
Not so . .
Hormones are messengers – and the messages are plain to see – not happy!
