Ideally the womb is in the optimal position. When not – we run into trouble as the ligaments are under undue stress.

What then happens is habitual patterns of movement, expectations and cyclic shifts as the womb expands as she fills with blood monthly.

The energy of this process is messed with when we are upset. (see next section on Liver Qi).

The Liver Qi not flowing creates all your dramas.

‘Stress’ related – hence the major ’cause’ of ‘disease’ is HOW YOU FEEL
– and what you are not expressing/letting go.
