Iodine and Lymph movement

Lymph needs iodine to assist it move
(Also topical is best).

Always in between moves –  round and round the perimeter and some hippy shakes/jiggles.

Always – take your own time and slow it down even more.
Do more pull-ups and feel how much stronger it all feels.
Maybe a loo break?
More water in also?
Use more topical magnesium on your skin?
