Peristasis Encouragers (move the pooh)

   x 9               Always start as with the body – in the top left ‘corner’ of the belly

Not painful – just a bit deeper than you have been working and always within limits of not forcing ..

Do 9 small circles and allow for slow and steady . .and deep breathing.
Between each move set – small and large circles – do some more hippy shakes and perimeter sweeps.
