Getting to know yourself

The bits that create your inner food factory and the lymph that allows the fluids to be redirected, and all beings being happy within you – no longer a mystery, All that odd business in your gut – eased right here right now!

All of this is to be done with soft, warm hands. (Not poky fingers).
In a state of gratitude, as your body and belly have been there for you – regardless of what you have been up to.
Always start very shallow – almost no pressure at all.

On someone else

Lying down, knees drawn up, and with a pillow and comfy wraps so you do not get chilled. Begin in the top right quadrant (this is the way of the bowel – and follow it down, and then sweep around.

Slowly – and with intention to pick up anything that no longer needs to be in free suspension – we are moving your lymph so your fluid metabolism works perfectly for you.

Breathing is a large part of this – so ideally you will ave initially done the ‘bash bash’ and pummels – and now all is ready to be relocated.

‘Round and round’ – perimeter

Then round and round again – but above your navel. x9 and repeat always after each move – the perimeter sweep – to allow any of the lymph that you have released/accessed to shift back to where it is supposed to next be.

At any stage – do a hippy shake. Rest your palms on your hips and very lightly give them a nudge back and forth.

Very gently – you are allowing the fluids that have been stuck (with the QI not moving as we all have experienced being oppressed/suppressed/shut down)

     To the right – a ‘jiggle jiggle’ on the hips.

All of this work is so subtle – it will look like almost nothing happening to an observer.
This is where the inner pull-ups are so useful – you will feel instant shifts = some are considerable. Unlikely, but true.
