At any stage . . . To begin this diaphragm release is to start very gentle and slow – way slower than you think.
Never with pokey fingers – always with the warm flats of your finger pads. Why are we doing this? Expect massive changes – breathing, structural, digestive, urogenital – and ‘tension’. Why? Your life energy has become somewhat stuck – and we are releasing life flows.

I am working on another here – you can easily do this for yourself. Warm gentle, loving hands. Ideally as you do a move – breathe out and allow plenty of time – when you need it – small self hug, or gentle jiggling at hips as ‘stuff; may release – and you take this with deep breaths out – who knows how good you can then feel?

Do 3x moves on the left hand side first, then the right and repeat  in cycles – always beginning the left side.       

We are undoing the diaphragm as so much emotional and energy storage happens at this level.

This is also great to get the digestive juices flowing – always start respectfully incredibly gently and slowly.

Slow deep breathing is always good.
Have a warm glass of pure water by you as this is thirsty work. You are encouraging your drainage system to start op again as designed. Who knows what has held it hostage. Who knows what needs letting go. Lymph flowing well – means wastes leave you. More hydration needed. NEVER chilled (wastes your Yang Qi) and creates more stagnation. All is on the move here!!  Warmth always feels better as it encourages movement. Hence you never use ice on anything as it BLOCKS circulation..

Do remember to give yourself an encouragement award (hug) and deep releasing breaths often.
