‘Down There’

As above whenever you feel – go around again to allow the lymph to move – and of course just perform your ‘pull-up’ so you can see how your body is performing. None of this is a waste of time and effort. In between all moves – do at least one cycle of ’round and round’.

Please do one side then the other – slowly very shallow to start and the right hand side then the left – at least 3x moves right then left and repeat.

Three moves – starting straight up. Then off from one side to the centre line – finishing at the level of the hips – and then three the other – and go back to the central – 3 lots of three, finishing with an extra 3 up the centre line. Do not go to the navel. Do pull ups before and after – and be further amazed as the strength is returning – you are allowing your blockages freedom to let go. You are also allowing the fluids to flow – as Qi is mobilized. Drink more tepid water – keep those drinking straws handy!
