Chest Gouging

We must be able to allow the diaphragm to fully expand
Then the Qi will move.
These movements we can do for ourselves.
Ideally you will have someone behind you to undo the Stuck Liver Qi that is holding so much of your Qi (and life force) blocked.

You can do both sides at once, but ideally the left hand side and gradually go in deeper – start very shallow, being mindful of the breast tissue. This is perfect for all stuck breath/feelings of chest oppression, and of course when sighing keeps happening – you can’t take a deep breath for whatever reason.

Repeat running the lymph/whatever you find to move in the direction of the arrows. Repeat the under ribs moves.
