Vitamin D3 is needed for all gene expression and thus for life.

(When taking statins the sunlight action on the subcutaneous fat cannot then make Vitamin D3 – leading to massive health crises – independent of the apparent excess cholesterol issues).

Radical action is needed to assist all as Vitamin D is needed for fat soluble vitamins and all minerals to be processed in the body.

Why:

Vitamin D (3) is entirely needed for life, especially in combination with K2

Vitamin D (3) acts more like a hormone.

Deficiency is this part of the cause of all body problems – especially those of metabolism and degenerative diseases and in any hormonal and pain conditions.

All children when supplemented (or are out in the sun) are stronger healthier and less likely to need any medical interventions – as all adults are also.

Solution:

Adequate replacement is in the order of at least 10,000 iu daily after massive (50,000 iu maybe twice daily for a few weeks). Check blood levels – there is no RDA – but it should be at least 100n/m/l preferably 120.

Then – be in the sun daily, when the shadow is smaller then the body and in summer –  at least 15 minutes front and back of body.

Take at least 5,000 iu daily
