Eat more vegetables, proteins and fats (especially organic animal), avoiding all refined sugars/fruits and grains/cereals. And of course caffeine and any alcohol/drugs that will create more load on the liver organ.

Use Iodine topically (15% Lugol’s solution – a palm sized piece on your ovaries/breasts – change location daily. , eat more sea vegetables, use magnesium in your body and on the skin at least 10 times daily. Preferably not on soft skin – but your buttocks – leave a spray bottle in your bathroom and whilst relieving yourself – add on more magnesium onto your larger muscle areas – this will travel through your blood to where it does you the most good – allow your body to heal herself.
