Modern foods are awash with hidden sugars as taste improvers.

Why:

Is highly addictive.

Is found in all foods – hidden as a taste tempter.

Leads to inflammation, and aggression, and should never ever be given to fetuses (gestational diabetes test)

Solution:

Start with banning all that turns to sugar as well as all with sweet taste.

Research yourself.

Use lemon juice straight in your mouth when needing a sugar fix.

Take more protein – a little often and more fat – heaps of crunchy veggies.

Clean your teeth straight after eating.
