Nutritional depletion through eating in the modern world will also be a part of the creation of your dilemmas

Lack of magnesium and other nutrients along with self medicating with sugar/ caffeine and non nutrients as ‘food products’/ will aggravate further.

Presence of heavy metals and other contaminants from vaccinations and other medical procedures.

Check thyroid is not overactive.

Eat for happiness  You must eat fat

Use Vit B, Vit C and more nutrient dense foods, esp more fat and protein to rebuild.

Eat heaps more coloured veggies.

Avoid all sugar/chocolate/caffeine/alcohol

Start exercising and looking after yourself  – not continuing with the life that has lead you to here.

Look into taking out all foreign chemicals

Often a clean break from the cycle of medications and go for good natural health restoration via Chinese herbs, acupuncture and nutrients.

Then possibly see a counselor about what is underneath the anxiety – it is usually pent up long standing rage.
