All Vitamin B’s

Description:

All B’s are water-soluble and have to be taken together and often.

Gut needs to work well, and a large variety of wholesome foods and animal products needed for optimal health.

Why:

Eating fermented foods and organ meats are not high on our modern agenda, yet are valuable sources of B complex..

They should not, but often are marketed as one (e.g. folic acid) over the others – all B’s must be available at the same time.

Especially not taken by itself through a pregnancy or whilst hopefully waiting to get pregnant

– as the B12 may become woefully depleted, leading to later mental and emotional (plus gut and neurological ) issues.

Solution:

Take a good B complex several times daily

Repair your gut

Eat liver at least weekly.

Fermented foods a must.
