Description:

Period arrives before the 2 x 7 normal setting all women should run on

Why:

Excess heat in the Blood (often sugar/ foods turning to sugar in the blood) and over nutrition.

May also be chemical/ environmental toxicity /heavy metals etc from life pushing it out.

Possibly due to rape/ sexual abuse

Solution:

Clear out the Inner Heat –and change all lifestyles influences – esp the sugar/grains/ cereals in diet.

No artificial chemicals/ sweeteners//’soft’ drinks.

May need to clear out toxic residues

Check that life is in order and safe
