Solution:
- Acceptance of the monthly cycles, as they allow the full expression of the woman’s potential to be.
- Acknowledge that women are supposed to be changeable and lustrous – and life giving – read
- Change your energy/expectations of yourself/nutrient status – and you will see this reflected in your periods
