Needed for all life.

Why:

Have to be able to digest and use them – gut needs to be optimal

Not eaten either enough or not all the essential ones together (when vegetarian).

Soy is best left alone 

(not eaten by humans, unless it is fermented)

Solution:

Eat a little protein with each snack – at least a small handful of animal protein three times daily and a smattering of cheese or  mixed seeds/nuts often, along with fat and plenty of veggies.
