Need to get more Qi flowing – warmth/orgasms/exercise /magnesium used topically all through the month.
Avoid all cold or cool environments, air and foods/fluids. (Enhance your Yang Qi)
Add more warmth, magnesium topically, more nourishment through the month – esp more fat (to make hormones with) and protein, coloured veggies and plenty of Chinese herbs/ acupuncture to restore a normal life so your periods are easy.
May have an iron deficiency as a result of over bleeding – but the low thyroid function usually due to presence of heavy metals and not enough iodine will start this off.
