Get rid of the blockage and there then is no need for the warning – pain.
Maybe a lack of good hydration
Also a great lack of Vit D – and thus not able to use the minerals – espexially magensium (alwaysadd it on topically and at least 10 times daily onto skin)
If it prickles/burns – means you need to get rid of the mercury and other heavy metals that are blocking absorption and thus health.
