Energy Swings

Description:

Are all over the place – sometimes energy, often in a hole.

Why:

There is insufficient flow of great nutrients and too much of what is driving this and low thyroid/ low BP/ low blood sugar.

Eating foods that convert to sugar make this so much worse – and you will no doubt crave them.

Solution:

Look at what you intend to fuel yourself with.

Start with protein snacks – real food – every three hours – a little often.

Also move to more fat and no sugar or foods that turn to sugar in the body.

Paint iodine on as most women’s problems including weight and depression are due to a lack of this.
